On October 4th in FFMS there was made a registration of Placement Report of Moscow Reinsurance Company with the nominal value of 25 roubles apiece.

This event became the final stage within the framework of Share capital increase of OJSC “Moscow Re” up to 740 020 000 roubles. Previously the Share capital amounted to 296 008 000 roubles.
